I am 71 years old as of yesterday. As I have aged, the aches and pains have increased, and visits to the doctor have also become more frequent. The issue is that as I age, the number of mornings I wake up feeling like crap has increased and the number of mornings I am ready to jump out of bed and go do something has decreased. In my 20s and 30s, I woke up MOST mornings (80% maybe) feeling great. As I went into my 40s and 50s, the good/bad ration changed again. In my 60s, I had probably 60/40 percent good/bad. Since I had my 68th birthday, it is getting closer to 40/60.
Good part is I AIN’T DEAD YET!
